Weather is supposed to be fine if not particularly warm, we've driven half an hour to Golden Square Caravan and Camping site near Helmsley for 4 nights.
Monday dawned cloudy with short sun
breaks and a good wind, but warm enough to walk without a jacket.
We drove to Sinnington and hiked a
lovely circular five and half mile walk with lots of woodland. Its
fungi season and I love finding different kinds. We had our picnic at
Cropton village, some good views of the North Yorkshire Moors with a
stop at Kirkbymoorside on the drive back to look at the shops.
