Four nights in van in Craster at Proctors Stead Caravan Park to do the Alzheimer's Trek 13 mile course starting at Alnmouth.
Endless sunshine but very cold wind, we spent first day looking round Alnmouth, Warkworth and Amble, a lazy but lovely day.
EIDER DUCK
The day of the trek, up early started at 8.30 and it was a beautiful walk along the coast to the 7 mile marker at the farm for lunch. Had half an hour.
Finished! Am so proud of myself I didn't want to do it and we've taken 5 hours with half an hour lunch stop included. Wow!!! Four and half hours for 13 miles. Thank you everyone for your amazing donations 
Our last day, a gentle circular walk to Dunstanburgh Castle so we don't stiffen up after yesterday, he says! Would have been lovely apart from the gale force winds at times.
