A glorious sunny day, we walked over the hill to Borth Y Gest to meet some old friends from Whitby Yacht Club who are also holidaying in Wales.
Enjoyed a good catch up over coffee and cake and they headed to their next site.
In the afternoon we walked back to Borth Y Gest and took the coast trail towards Criccieth castle but after walking for an hour and half along the path then on the enormous beach we took a long distance photo and turned round. Ten miles we walked!
The world and his wife were on the beach near Criccieth, cars were parked on the beach and although everyone was so socially distanced it was not a pleasant part of the beach. Much more peaceful when we left that part.
