It's getting towards the end of the camping season and Roy had a hankering to visit Devon. Years since either of us have been there.
We had a one night stop on the way down arriving at Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park on Monday. This place with all facilities was cheaper than the small Camping & Caravanning Club sites with just a toilet!
Our first campsite was a big empty field at the side of the owner's house at the side of a water mill he had built himself. It used to be a cloth mill.

Just a few miles away was Slimbridge Wetland Park, we  had a wonderful morning walking the many ponds and seeing hundreds of different birds.

Finally we arrived at Woolacombe Sands Park after a long drive down.
