BARNARD CASTLE TRIP CONT. 6.7.22 HIGH AND LOW FORCE WATERFALLS WALK

The day was cloudy, cool at 15oC and windy but we had a superb 6 mile walk. We parked at Bowlees Visitor Centre and reached High Force Falls first which were stunning! Lunch at the side of the River Tees then on to Low Force, again so very pretty. We had a side trip up to Gibson's Cave and Summerhill Force, again superb!

Back to Bowlees Centre and the coffee shop for afternoon refreshments. A fab day!
