LAKE WAKATIPU TO WANAKA

KINGSTON FLYER
we drove from our lovely lakeside free campsite stopping to see the Kingston Flyer and then to Queenstown where we only visited the Kiwi Birdlife Park $49 each, and saw real Kiwis - four of them in two seperate areas, they are nocturnal so we had to adjust our eyes to spot them, they were gorgeous to see, there are only 7000 left and so we knew we would not see them in the wild. Just loved them! Saw other animals and birds. Drove on to Wanaka stopping to see the bungy and zip line "mad guys"! I offered Roy to buy him a ticket - he declined! At a proper site for the night to charge things up! A sunny hot day!
