RIEDBERGER HORN HIKE

We drove short distance to Bolsterlanger and had a glorious five hour hike over the Ochsenkopf to Riedberger Horn, says 71/2 miles but my fitbit says 11 miles!. We took the Bolsterlanger Hornerbahn (gondola lift) for ten minutes taking us up 1500m to the second station, my kind of walking and only 14 Euros each!
The walking book John bought me was superb, the navigator, he not so good! But it was only at the end of the walk and we soon rectified it. Weather superb about 21oC up on the tops. As the day cleared the mountains came into view in all their glory.
